Use of this site
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Photographs show projects completed by our crews. Descriptions of methods and timelines are general and are not a guarantee about any specific property.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a quote. Pricing, scope and schedule are only established in a written estimate signed by both parties.
Estimates
We provide estimates after an on site evaluation. An estimate is valid for the period stated on the document. Conditions discovered during excavation, such as unexpected ledge, buried debris, utilities or poor soil, may require a written change order before work continues.
Intellectual property
The photographs, text and logo on this site belong to North Colony Masonry Corporation and may not be reproduced without written permission.
SMS Program Terms
Program description. North Colony Masonry Corporation sends text messages to homeowners who request an estimate, in order to confirm appointments, follow up on estimates, answer questions about an active project, and send occasional service updates such as seasonal availability. This is a conversational program, not a marketing blast.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the box labeled "SMS updates (optional)" on a form on this website and submitting it, or by texting us first. That box is separate from the contact consent box, is unchecked by default and is never required to submit the form. We do not add anyone to the program without express written consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to your request and during an active project, so the volume depends on your conversation with us.
Cost
There is no charge from us for the messages. Msg and data rates may apply from your carrier depending on your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and then no further messages. You can also call (978) 788-8237 and ask us to remove you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to hire us or to receive an estimate. If you would rather we only call or email, tell us and we will.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, North Colony Masonry Corporation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed contract for construction work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
