North Colony Masonry Corporation ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, why we collect it and what choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us. When you submit a form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your town or city
• The project type and timeline you select
• Any notes you choose to write

Our web host may also log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We use that only to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To contact you about the project request you submitted
• To schedule and prepare an on site evaluation
• To send you an estimate and follow up on it
• To keep records of work we quoted or performed

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use third party tools to run the business, including a website host, an email provider and a customer relationship system that stores form submissions and sends messages on our behalf. Those providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for anything else.

Text messages

Our forms have two separate checkboxes. The contact consent box, which is required to submit the form, lets us reach you by phone or email about your request. The SMS box is optional and separate: only if you check it do you agree to receive text messages from us about your estimate, your scheduling and occasional service updates such as seasonal availability. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Text consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request an estimate without it.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep project inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
